Jim is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur. Having spent over 30 years in various roles, Jim brings a wealth of organizational and productivity experience to both home and business. Jim is a husband and father of 10 kids in a combined family. Helping manage a household that size has given him valuable organizational skills that go beyond a resume. He and his wife Tanya own WestHaven Vineyards in the Mid-Willamette valley where they host weddings and events, and tend to some of the oldest vines in Oregon. In his thirty plus years of business experience he has helped numerous companies tackle projects from service workflows to manufacturing layouts. He has consulted with major corporations to streamline and create efficiencies and small businesses to get a handle on the ever-evolving productivity and efficiency challenges they face.
